Happy Monday!
Well, I am still tired... Ugh! It is a bit frustrating, but I know it is all for a great cause! ;) My face is breaking out and looks like it did in jr. high (okay, high school), I am completely bloated, and very dizzy. The good part is that I haven't been too nauseous. YEAH!
I just got done reading one of my 5+ pregnancy books. This one is titled, "Belly Laughs" by Jenny McCarthy. I have always thought of her as funny, but I have a new fondness for that woman! In this book, she writes short chapters about what really happens to you and your body during pregnancy in a no holds barred style. She's crass and really tells it like it is. I recommend it for any mother to be! Thanks, Mom!
Matt has been frantically (I am sure you can only imagine his lists!) organizing and preparing for the new Hollister to arrive. So cute. Thank goodness someone has some "mojo"!!! He also has been taking such good care of me and calls me "preggers"! I call him the "pregnancy police"... He is amazing and I am the luckiest woman ever...
We have our first OB appointment on Friday morning. I am excited and am crossing my fingers that Matt is too. It is probably a little difficult for a man to get fired up about going to a gyno with his wife. I am hoping we get to hear our little one's heartbeat.
We are planning on putting belly pics on our blog. I know you all want to see my expanding stomach... Hopefully we will get one up this week and every 6-7 weeks after. No fat jokes!

Missy- Congrats! Welcome to the crazy world of pregnancy. Dispite all the bloating, pimples, foodcravings and six weeks of feeling hungover, it has been the best time of my life and it keeps getting better! Your appointment Friday will be amazing! Seeing the heartbeat is so cool, and will make it feel so real. We read that Belly Laughs book as well. Too funny. Mark loved the titles of all the chapters. It is good to make fun of all the bodily changes happening. ANyways, would love to catch up with you soon. Take care of yourself and your little bean(that's what it will look like in your ultrasound friday). -Jenn
Ok, seriously, we don't need belly pics! Your belly (probably even @ 6 months) will still be flatter than mine will ever be! :) -Aimee
