Registering for a baby shower is a lot harder than I thought! I am fortunate enough to have two baby showers planned- thanks to my Mom's book club and the Grandma's-to-be. :) I have spent HOURS (I mean HOURS) registering for the essentials and a few non-essentials. I have done so much research and asked everyone I can think of regarding every detail from brands to necessities. Matt and I went to the incredibly overwhelming Babies R Us yesterday. And, can you believe we are still not completely done? We have a trip planned for Salt Lake City in a couple weeks for a baby shopping spree with my parents. I really want to hit Tai Pan Trading and Ikea. We will also be in Portland for my little bro's wedding in August. Hopefully, we will find a few things there also. It is always fun to shop in a bigger city... A friend of mine, Jenn, made a comment that getting ready for a baby is like planning a wedding. Sooooooooo true! Thanks to all of you for your help and input! Sunday, June 8, 2008
